In particular, the three-sided mega LED banner in the main hall required precise planning and absolutely flawless content playout to guarantee stunning visibility.
Technical Conception: Together with the client, a stage design was developed that optimally transports the K5 brand message. We created detailed technical plans for the LED walls, the signal paths, and the entire infrastructure.
Content Management & Operating: The heart of the playout consisted of three synchronized Pixera media server systems from AV Stumpfl. With these, we were able to play out all demanding content, including timecode-controlled video sequences, pixel-perfectly and absolutely reliably on all LED surfaces.
Integration & On-Site Implementation: Our team ensured the smooth setup and integration of the entire media and lighting technology. During the conference, our operators ensured trouble-free operation on both stages.
