Media Server Operating: We provided the operators for the playout of all media content. On our redundant PIXERA systems, all presentations and video playbacks ran absolutely synchronously and without interruption.
Content Preparation & Production: In close cooperation with the client and the lead agency, existing presentations were optimized for the multi-screen setup. In addition, we produced new graphic elements such as lower thirds and bumper animations that seamlessly integrated into the overall design.
Show Calling & Directing: Our core task on site was managing the show flow. From the FOH, our director ensured the split-second timing of all video playbacks, presentation changes, and cueing instructions according to the detailed running order.
